Daily Lacquer - Chibiusa

Hello hello!! Hope you're all having a lovely Friday so far! Me - I don't have to work today so I could throw a party I'm so excited :)

Speaking of excited, today I am VERY excited to show you another gorgeous polish by Daily Lacquer! I should tell you straight away, that this polish is my far, my favorite Daily Lacquer (so far)!

"Chibiusa is a white-based crelly polish full of pink hearts, pink holo hexes, and holo moons!" 
I am a such a sucker for white crellies! I want to try every one in existence! Chibiusa is a beautiful one - the pink and white together along with the hearts make up such a soft, pretty, girly combination. I have to admit, I haven't seen Sailor Moon since I was really little, and I don't remember much of it at all - but I still LOVE this polish!

For this mani, I wanted to try it on its own, as well as layered over white, to see how it compared. The following swatches show three coats of Chibiusa alone on my thumb and ring finger, and all others are 2 coats layered over Milani White on the Spot.

Side by side, I think the two are pretty comparable! Of course, you can see the difference, but I liked it equally layered and alone. However, you all know I'm big on conserving polish, so I most likely would layer it in the future. Also, please ignore the stupid bubbles on my thumb and middle finger - it is not at all the fault of the polish, but user error - I didn't let the coats dry enough before I did the next one and then added topcoat. 1 coat of Seche Vite here was plenty to smooth out the surface of this mani!

All in all, this polish is FABULOUS. Like I said, it's my absolute favorite Daily Lacquer so far, so obviously you can tell how much I like it, haha. Formula was great - Maggy is really upping her game. For a lot of indies, I need to use thinner - this one I didn't! It applied great, no dragging, no fishing. Even the hearts were plentiful enough that I had no issues getting them to come out on their own!
