Model City Polish - Sugar Plum

Hey guys! Hope you had a wonderful weekend! I had a great time hanging out with friends and celebrating my birthday and then Sunday - recovering! Today it's back to the real world which feels awful after three days off work, but the bills must get paid.

Of course, Monday also means I'm back to blogging which I'm excited about. Today I will be posting three times (!!) because I've got three great polishes to show you, and I took way too many pictures to cram them in one post lol.

If you couldn't guess from the title, today I'm bringing you Model City Polish. I showed you her gorgeous PB & J here, and today I've got three more lovelies - 2 of which are from the Christmas collection! First up is Sugar Plum.

Here's the description from the Model City Etsy site:
"Sugar Plum is a purplish pink polish with a hint of ultra fine holographic glitter. Great coverage in just two coats."

I know she says "a hint", but the holo in this polish is really strong! It looks so much prettier in person. First, some bottle shots.

The formula on this is flawless. I used 2 coats in the following photos, and topped off with a coat of HK Girl. The topcoat didn't take away from the holo effect at all! :)

I wanted to try it out in the lightbox (the sun was in and out of hiding that day) and even with just a lamp pointed at it, no sun whatsoever, you can still see the holo goodness. I was very happy about that. :)

What do you guys think of Sugar Plum?? I LOVED it and didn't want to take it off. I felt so dainty and girly and pretty with it on. I know it's not technically part of her Christmas collection but it's a great shade for the holidays too! Make sure you check back for the two holiday polishes I will be showing you later on! :D
